What are your shipping details?

We ship out orders between 1-7 Business days after the order is placed, our free shipping is USPS Ground Advantage that takes 2-5 Business days after it leaves our hands. 

Do you ship outside the USA? 

We ship to the USA on this storefront, if you are in Canada please contact us and we can give you a shipping quote or you can order from our Etsy store and we also ship to Canada there. 

What is your return policy?

We offer exchanges within 7 days of showing delivered. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

If the item has been personalized we do not offer exchanges. 

Please contact us to setup an exchange. 

Refunds

Per our shop policies, we do not offer refunds.

However, if you have an issue with your order, we want to know about it.

We are in business to take care of our customers, and we will do everything within reason to make each customer satisfied with their shopping experience.

My package is lost / damaged / stolen... help?

If you kept Route Insurance at checkout, your package is insured from loss, damage and theft. Please go to https://claims.route.com and their team is ready to assist you.

Or if you opted out of Route Insurance.. please try your luck with USPS. 

https://usps.my.site.com/emailus/s/package-inquiry and start the trace on the package, usually within 3 business days someone from your local post office will contact you and you will be able to file a claim with USPS. 

Are your 3D prints safe for children?

We strongly recommend that parents closely supervise their children when handling our products. Please note that all our 3D printed objects are not suitable for young children, as they may include small parts or break into small pieces, presenting a choking hazard.

I see a flaw, is that normal?

This is a 3d printed item. It may have slight imperfections, visible lines, and other minor flaws that are inherent to the 3d printing process. It is possible that some support material may be left behind, bumps and/or lines may be visible after finishing. We do our best to ensure the highest quality of each print before it is sent out. Please note: all pieces come unsanded, unprimed, & unpainted.

I ordered an item from you and it does not glow by itself, whats up with that?

Every order that has a glow in the dark item we include a keychain black (UV) light to charge up the items. You can in most cases also use sunlight or your cell phone light to charge, but the incuded UV light super charges it. Since we do not print with radium our 3D printed items need a light source to charge.

How do I care for my PLA 3D printed item?

Avoid exposing the 3D print to direct sunlight for long periods of time or extreme heat, as this will cause damage and warping to the model. Clean the model gently with a soft, dry cloth to maintain its shine and remove any dust or debris.

Your order was returned to us

If USPS does a "return to sender" on the packge, we will refund your order minus a $5.00 restocking fee. Please feel free to place another order with us and double check your shipping address.

If this was a custom order we will not refund the order and attempt to reach out to you, we will then resend the item after you pay for additional postage. If after 7 business days from first attempt we do not hear from you we will destroy your item.
